1C:VDGB: Accounting of lawyer educations

Industry solution — the 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting for lawyer educations is addition of a standard configuration 1C: Accounting 8 and has the certificate "1C: Compatible!".

Purpose of the program — automation of accounting of compensation of the lawyers working in lawyer educations and also accounting of settlement with users of legal services.

Industry solution of 1C:VDGB: Accounting for lawyer educations has a number of the features which are not allowing to use standard deliveries of programs of a 1C system: Enterprise 8.

Functionality

1C:VDGB program: Accounting for lawyer educations is suitable for the following forms of lawyer educations:

• Lawyer office;
• Legal advice bureau.

1C:VDGB software product: Accounting for lawyer educations provides the following functionality:

• Accounting of works on rendering legal services, including if several lawyers work with one partner. The statement of acts on the executed services.
• Conducting settlement with partners.
• The flexible system of purpose of assignments from lawyers.
• Automatic calculation and deduction of assignments.
• Automatic calculation of the PIT, UST and pension assignments taking into account all features of calculation of taxes for lawyers.
• Obtaining specialized tax statements, including "Data about calculated the amounts of UST from the income of lawyers". Also there is a possibility of obtaining the reporting on the main list of employees of the organization and on lawyer structure separately.
• Report generation "Front card of the lawyer".
• Possibility of accounting taking into account all specifics, both non-profit organizations, and the organizations which are on the general and simplified systems of taxation.

New in release 1.6.28.2/1.0.7.1 of software product 1S:VDGB: Accounting for lawyer educations:

• Information on need of transition to edition 2.0 is added
• in 2011 only edition 2.0 of configuration 1C:VDGB will be supported: Accounting for lawyer educations 8;
• edition 2.0 is provided to users of edition 1.0 without additional payment;
• After updating to the user to be output detailed information on an order of transition to edition 2.0.

New forms of statistics for annual accounts for 2010 are added to structure of forms of the regulated reporting.

• The revealed errors are corrected.

New in release 2.0.3.1 of software product 1S:VDGB: Accounting for lawyer educations:

• In settings of the program on the Version of a Configuration tab the version information of a standard configuration 1C: Enterprise Accounting on which the current configuration is based is available now;
• Data on an experience of employees and also the amounts of the paid and assessed contributions to mandatory pension insurance, it is possible to autocomplete now;
• For preparation of the reporting it is enough to select structure of forms of the reporting and the quarter reporting or pensions given on a design is going to specify - the pack of documents will be created automatically;
• Verification of the created documents using the built-in check of the program and the CheckXML program if it is set on the computer is executed;
• The cash flow item can be specified at execution of the payment order, this article will be autocompleted at registration of write-off from the checking account;
• Data for reflection of payment in accounting can be entered into the document of write-off directly from the payment order;
• According to the Letter of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 07-02-10/20 of 3/22/2011 an opportunity to reflect a real estate to state registration in account 45 "The Goods Shipped" (the separate sub-account "The transferred real estate") is implemented;
• Printed forms of the way bill and accompanying sheet are added (The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 4/15/2011 No. 272 "About the approval of Rules of transportation of goods by the motor transport");
• Possible length of the name of projects (programs) up to 100 characters is increased;
• Data exchange with a configuration 1C: Retail is added (versions not lower than 2.0.2);
• The revealed errors are corrected.
