2024: Clinic construction

On September 2, 2024, it became known that the Olympus Health group of companies was completing the construction of a new multidisciplinary clinic Olympus Clinic Mars in the Begovy district of Moscow. The facility, erected on 1st Street of Yamsky Pole, was built taking into account modern standards and equipped with the latest medical equipment. The volume of investments in the project amounted to more than ₽2 billion, which makes it one of the most significant medical facilities created in the capital in recent years.

The clinic is located in a reconstructed historical building, built in 1954 in the style of Stalinist classicism. During the repair and reconstruction, which were carried out in agreement with the Moscow government, the building was restored to its original appearance. The interior space also received an upgrade, retaining elements of the Corinthian order and historical pilasters, giving the building a unique architectural style.

Olympus Health built a clinic in Moscow for 2 billion rubles

On the ground floor of Olympus Clinic Mars, a radiation diagnostics department and a reception department will be located. On the second floor, the departments of surgery, cardiology and ultrasound, as well as the offices of general practitioners are planned. The third floor will be occupied by endoscopy and rehabilitation departments, as well as offices of narrow specialists - neurologists, urologists, gynecologists and otorhinolaryngologists.

The fourth floor will house a 19-bed ward unit consisting of 13 single and three double rooms. It also provides two nursing posts and treatment rooms. The fifth floor will become an operating unit where three operating rooms and a three-bed intensive care room will be located. The sixth floor of the building will house administrative offices and a conference room.

General Director of Olympus Clinics Mars Kirill Chubur confirmed that at the moment the construction readiness of the facility is 90%, and the clinic will be ready to open by the end of 2024. The new clinic will employ 269 employees, providing high-quality medical care for residents of Moscow and guests of the capital.[1]
