The abnormal and technical center of Ministry of Atomic Energy of Russia implemented a system of accounting of agreements

The AstroSoft company completed automation of contractual accounting on Federal State Unitary Enterprise Abnormal and Technical Center of Ministry of Atomic Energy of Russia (St. Petersburg). Using the solution "AstroSoft: accounting of agreements" all process steps connected with preparation, approval, storage and work with documents of the enterprise were optimized.

After implementation "AstroSoft: accounting of agreements" accountant officers, planning department and financiers were trained and also made the list of necessary completions for more effective operation of application. In particular printing document templates on the provided samples, reports were developed for the analysis of settlement taking into account the subordinated agreements, mechanisms of a binding of stages of the subordinated agreements to agreement basis stages, an order of storage of the register of the auxiliary documents created on each stage. Specialists of AstroSoft company made to the program the additions necessary for communication general and subcontracts on stages at the request of the customer.
