Integration with CloudPayments

Inferit Billing, developer of the BillogicPlatform subscription management solution, and CloudPayments, an online payment service, have announced a collaboration. BillogicPlatform customers can now set up online payment acceptance from customers in a few clicks thanks to system-to-system integration. Softline announced this on September 15, 2025.

The CloudPayments and BillogicPlatform partnership from Inferit Billing expands the geography of the billing platform and opens up opportunities for its customers in terms of customer service. Now the process of paying for subscriptions inside BillogicPlatform is simpler and more flexible.

The solution from Inferit Billing makes it possible to automate billing on various models, including payment as consumed. The system generates payments and controls the receipt of payment from users on prepayment, postpayment, as well as using credit mechanics. The platform helps manage customer subscriptions to companies in the B2B and B2C segments and now allows you to accept online payments at no additional cost.

BillogicPlatform 9.2 with optimized dashboards

On July 9, 2025, Inferit announced the release of an updated version of the BillogicPlatform 9.2 billing platform. Users now have access to an improved administrative panel design and dashboards for full control over the state of the subscription business.

The subscription sales model has a number of features and, unlike the traditional transactional model, involves an endless cycle of working with customers. Among the key metrics of the subscription business: indicators of outflow and retention of customers, average revenue from the client, average revenue for the month from the recurrent business, the volume of lost revenue due to unsold subscriptions, and more.

BillogicPlatform includes several interfaces for working with a subscription model: an administrator portal, a client's office, a showcase for online sales, and more. Thanks to the update to version 9.2, the product received an improved administrative portal - with a more convenient design, and a set of dashboards. In the future, it is planned to expand it through schedules and widgets, including the possibility of their customization to the needs of a particular customer. This will help BillogicPlatform customers make any process in subscription management transparent and comprehensively monitor the state of their business.

1C Integration Extension Release

BillogicPlatform, a developer of solutions for automating the subscription business, which is part of the IT vendor ecosystem "Inferit," has released an Extension for 1C:Enterprise 8.3 with configuration Accounting 3.0. This expansion makes integration between the platform and the 1C system easy and fast. Softline announced this on February 25, 2025.

This extension of BillogicPlatform supports basic billing scenarios for customers from among legal entities and includes functionality that greatly facilitates financial processes for selling subscriptions. Key Enhancements features include:

• Download payments. Automatically upload payment data to 1C from the platform, including recharge payments.
• Accounting for actual consumption. Upload the actual service consumption from the shipping platform to 1C.
• Transfer of payment status. Automatic transfer of payment statuses from 1C to BillogicPlatform, which ensures the relevance of information and minimizes manual operations.

In the next updates, Inferit Billing plans to add scenarios for working with individual clients, working with online payments and supporting other 1C editions.

2024: Billogic Platform Release

On September 3, 2024, Inferit (Softline Group of Companies) announced the release of the Billogic billing platform.

The platform, which has been actively used by companies from Softline Group of Companies since 2017 to organize a subscription sales model in 25 countries, will now become available to a wide range of customers. The complete solution automates all aspects of working with subscriptions: from providence and billing to managing partner sales and providing white-label accounts for end customers. The launch of a new direction "Inferit" meets the strategy of Softline Group of Companies to develop its own portfolio of services and products.

Since 2017, enterprises of the Softline group of companies began to use a billing platform to automate subscription sales. It is used to organize a subscription sales model both in Russia and in dozens of foreign representative offices.
