1C:Subsystems Library 8.2 edition 1.1

1C Company announced release 12/21/2010 of new edition 1.1 of 1C:Subsystems Library 8.2 (BSP). Edition 1.1 is the next stage of development of tools for the developer of application solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

Edition 1.1 BSP provides a set of universal functional subsystems, ready sections for the user documentation and technology for development of application solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. Using BSP there is possible rapid development of new configurations with already ready basic functionality and also inclusion of ready functional units in the existing configurations. Use of BSP when developing application solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform will also allow to reach bigger standardization of configurations that will reduce time for studying and implementation of application solutions due to their unification on set used standard subsystems.

New in edition 1.1 BSP

The structure of edition 1.1 includes a number of new subsystems, a part of earlier created functionality is selected in separate subsystems, significant changes are made to some existing subsystems, "The assistant to implementation" to BSP is implemented.

The subsystem "Web services of work with files" ensures functioning with the attached files which physically are located in other information base (library of files). As library of files any configuration with a subsystem "Work with files" which is published as web service can perform. The subsystem provides to the user a basic set of transactions with files: viewing the list of the attached files, adding of new files, removal of files and opening of files for viewing.

Using a new subsystem of Interaction in a configuration planning, registration and ordering of interactions can be organized: correspondence by e-mail, calls and meetings. All interactions and also data on contacts of interactions are stored on a centralized basis in information base. For example, this subsystem is actively used in edition 11 of the Trade management configuration.

The subsystem of "Date of prohibition of change" allows to block change of any data (documents, records of registers, elements of reference books, etc.) earlier defined date. There is a possibility of setup as one general date for all information base in general, and several dates according to sections and/or separate subjects of sections of accounting.

The subsystem "The attached files" allows to store (to attach) files to freeform objects of a configuration. Unlike a subsystem "Work with files", this subsystem is focused on as much as large number of different types of owners of files without loss in work speed in the conditions of access restriction on users at the level of records. On structure of functions and appearance the subsystem is approximate to a subsystem "Work with files": collective editing files, support of full-text search on the attached files, the electronic digital signature, enciphering.

In a subsystem "Backup of cybersecurity" for file information bases the possibility of accomplishment of backup on demand and also setup according to the schedule is implemented. The assistant to recovery of information base from the copy is built-in. For a client-server operation mode the notification on need of setup of backup is provided by regular means of DBMS.

The subsystem "Electronic digital signature" makes available to the applied developer the program and user interface for work with means of cryptography: electronic digital signature and verification of the signature.

As independent the subsystem is selected: "Group change of objects", providing universal service for group change of properties and details of objects of any reference type (reference books, documents, etc.) and also a subsystem "File functions". The subsystem "File functions" is a technology subsystem which can be used only together with subsystems "Work with files" and/or "The attached files". In it the functions, general for both subsystems, and basic user interfaces of work with files, storage of files in volumes on a disk, function for support of RIB and creation of an initial image of information base are implemented.

In a subsystem "Basic functionality" there was a new program interface for package record of events from the client code in the magazine of registration and also for check whether registration of certain types of events is included in the magazine. Functions of check of correctness of the regulated data are added (a TIN, the check point, etc.).

In a subsystem "Business processes and tasks" appeared the new features significantly expanding scenarios of use of business processes in configurations: a stop of business processes, hierarchy of subordination of business processes and acceptance of tasks to execution.

For configurations with a small number of users the functional option which is turning off setup of user groups and external users in a configuration is provided in a subsystem Users.

The subsystem Data exchange provides to developers of data exchange the new mode of unloading of objects "Unload if necessary" and also a possibility of switching of the modes of unloading of objects in the 1C: Enterprise mode. Besides, the administrator of data exchange can configure now all communications of comparison of objects which migrate between information bases, including those which were created by the administrator or were formed automatically.

The subsystem "Work with files" uses regular opportunities of a subsystem "Electronic digital signature". Besides, when scanning documents there was an opportunity to configure a compression ratio (for TIF), quality (for JPG) and a preserving method in PDF (using the external program).

In a subsystem Access control the usage mode of the simplified interface for setup of access rights is added. This mode is intended for application solutions with a small amount of users, each of which has a unique set of the rights and access restrictions. Besides, setup of access rights of users, user groups, external users or groups of external users is possible directly from forms of elements of these objects now. From a form of setup of the rights of the user the complete list resolved actions (roles) calculated on the basis of entry of the user into these or those groups of access is available. The detailed report is developed for obtaining the broad picture by the rights of the user, a user group, the external user or group of external users. As an additional opportunity in the participant list of group of access also its "implicit" participants are brought now: participants of user groups (groups of external users) and also heads of users.

In a subsystem Individuals are implemented checks of filling of a series and a document number of the individual (the military ID, the military ID of the reserve officer, the diplomatic passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, etc.).

In total BSP include 41 subsystems. The complete structure of subsystems of edition 1.1 is given in the Appendix to this information letter and also on the http://v8.1c.ru/ssl/ page.

Together with subsystems BSP offers also separate techniques of development of application solutions. In edition 1.1 ready sections of documentation are provided to the developer for inclusion in structure of the description of the configuration developed on the basis of BSP.

For initial implementation and the subsequent updating of versions of BSP in application solutions edition 1.1 includes a special tool - "The assistant to implementation". This assistant provides decision support on implementation of BSP in a configuration and also automatic control of the actual result of implementation of BSP. As decision making on implementation of BSP and control of their accomplishment does not require "immersion" in technical details of implementation, design now, implementation and control can be executed by different specialists and in different timepoints.

Order of transition from the previous version

Edition 1.1 is provided to the registered users of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system having the operating subscription to the information and technology maintenance (ITM).

For updating of BSP before edition 1.1 version 1.1.1 compatible to the version of platform 8.2.13 is released above.

Version 1.1.1 of BSP is published in structure of February release of ITS for 2011, on the website of user support http://users.v8.1c.ru/ and on the website of ITS http://its.1c.ru/ (only subscribers of ITS have access to these websites).

Version 8.2.13 of the platform is published in structure of January release of ITS for 2011 and also on the website of user support http://users.v8.1c.ru/.

The general order of updating in a configuration of already used BSP to version 1.1.1 is given in documentation entering delivery of this version. Features of updating from the previous versions 1.0.7, 1.0.6, the beta 1.0.5 and fact-finding version 1.0.4 are described in the update.htm file which is also entering delivery of version 1.1.1.

For updating of versions of BSP in application solutions the "Assistant to implementation" entering a distribution kit in the form of external processing is recommended to use.
