1990-2007

Since 1990, he worked at the ITPM SB RAS, where he went from a research trainee to the head of the laboratory of hypersonic technologies and the director of the institute. A specialist in the field of high-speed aerogasdynamics and experimental methods of gas flow research since 2007 gave at the Department of Aerohydrodynamics of NSTU an annual lecture course "Methods of Aerophysical Experiment," semester lecture courses "Methods of optimization in ballistics and aerodynamics problems," "Modern problems of ballistics and hydroaerodynamics," led the thesis of students, graduate students, etc.

2024: Sentence - 15 years in prison for treason

FSB In the summer of 2022, Shiplyuk was detained Novosibirsk in and transferred to Moscow, where he was charged and, with the sanction of the court, placed in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center. The prosecution asked for the maximum possible punishment for Shiplyuk - 20 years in prison. The scientist did not admit his guilt.[1]
