2024: Potato Deep Processing Plant Launch

In mid-August 2024, Jacques LLC announced the commissioning of a potato deep processing plant in the Venevsky district of the Tula region. The total investment in this project is 1.5 billion rubles.

The Jacques enterprise was registered in 2015 in the Novomoskovsk district of the Tula region with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles. The founder is Manuk Avetisyan, and Ruslan Okroyan is the general director as of the beginning of September 2024. The main area of ​ ​ activity is the cultivation of grain (except rice), leguminous crops and oilseeds. In addition, Jacques can work in other areas: among them:

  • growing vegetables, melons, root and tuberous crops, mushrooms and truffles;
  • growing other fruit trees, shrubs and nuts, as well as seedlings;
  • breeding dairy cattle, production of raw milk.

Jacques can wholesale live animals, fruits and vegetables, fresh potatoes, meat and meat products, canned meat and poultry meat, dairy products, eggs and edible oils and fats, and other food products, including fish, crustaceans and shellfish.

A plant for the production of potato cereal was built in the Tula region for 1.5 billion rubles

It is said that in 2020 GC "Jacques" began construction of a plant for deep processing of potatoes. The company, among other things, will be engaged in the production of potato flakes. About 150 jobs will be created at the plant.

The Jacques company is implementing a number of large investment projects in the Tula region. So, earlier an elevator complex was launched for the storage, sorting and processing of grain with a total storage volume of 150,000 tons. In addition, an agreement was signed on the reconstruction of the livestock complex in the Novomoskovsk region.[1]
