For effective accounting of a worked time and strengthening of labor discipline the management of city administration of Bryansk made the decision to set systems of accounting of working time of BioTime.

Efficiency of a system

System configuration is based on the software of BioTime 5 and 2 the card readers BioLink SC-NET. The total quantity of the employees registered in a system made 300 people. Readers are installed in the hall of the building of administration where employees note the arrival and going away from work, putting the personal card of the Mifare format to the reader. Identification of employees occupies less than 30 ms.

After identification data on arrival or leaving are included in the BioTime system and are entered in the database, on the basis of this information and credentials on diagrams and rates of employees on monthly results the salary automatically is calculated. Thanks to a large number of detailed reports in the BioTime system, heads of administration had an opportunity clicking of one button at any time to obtain exact information on presence of certain employees, to construct the report on number of delay, early goings and defects for a certain time frame. Each report may contain information on the specific employee, department or organization in general.

Result

As a result of system implementation of BioTime of delay and early goings of employees were considerably reduced, accounting of a worked time became automated and reliable, and the management received the effective instrument of control and the analysis of use of working time of the employees.
