2024: Change of Ownership

The largest trade and exhibition complex of Barnaul "Republic" on August 27, 2024 officially passed into the ownership of the new company. 100% of the shares of SBK Respublika LLC, which manages this complex, were acquired by the Samara company Vesna 64. This event was the result of an auction, which was declared invalid due to a single participant, but, according to the established rules, a contract of sale was concluded with this participant at the proposed price. The initial price of the lot was ₽603 million.

According to the data provided on the website of the Russian Auction House (RAD), the lot included a shopping center building with an area of ​ ​ 44 thousand square meters. m and a land plot of 2.8 hectares. About 70% of the complex's space has already been leased. There are more than 80 branded stores, including such large brands as Lazurit, Askona, Svetolok and Gaudi Pro.

According to the publication "Atmosphere," the new owner, the company "Spring 64," registered in Samara in 2015, announced its intention to maintain the current direction of the trade and exhibition complex. However, the company's plans include not only the content of the current format, but also its development. Viasna 64 specializes in real estate rental and management. The founder of the company is Vladimir Vasiliev, and the director is Alexey Vinogradov.

TVK "Respublika" was built in 2010. Initially, the object belonged to Mega-House LLC, but in connection with the bankruptcy of this legal entity, the trade fair complex was repeatedly tried to sell at various tenders, but to no avail. As a result, the building and management were transferred to SBK Respublika LLC, which is associated with SBK Glass and SBK Uran companies related to PJSC. Sberbank[1]
