2024: Plan to move to Platform V Pangolin

Sberbank, as part of import substitution, plans to fully complete the transfer of its automated systems in significant critical information infrastructure facilities from foreign DBMS to its own Platform V Pangolin solution by the end of 2024.

Platform V Pangolin relational DBMSs is part of Sber Tech Platform V digital cloud platform. The solution provides high performance of automated Sberbank systems. The product is based on PostgreSQL. Platform V Pangolin provides a number of important enhancements in performance, performance, security, availability, and reliability to enable enterprise-wide solutions. Since 2020, Platform V Pangolin has been the target DBMS in Sberbank.
