MNEPU international independent ekologo-politological university

The MNEPU branch opened in 1995 with assistance of regional administration became the first non-state university in Penza. Now the Penza branch "MNEPU" is a university with the traditions, well-known in Russia and abroad. Earlier in university accounting of progress of students, formation of the schedule, orders and references was conducted manually that was labor-consuming and quite often led to errors. The automated system which will allow to reduce considerably time expenditure of employees was required and to exclude errors.
