2024: Creation of a Key Performance Control System
In the Novgorod region, on the basis of 1C, a unified system for monitoring key indicators of medical institutions in the region has been created. BI-system "1C: Analytics," integrated with the industry solution "1C: Medicine," consolidates and analyzes the data of 39 medical conditions . The Ministry of Health of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, management and doctors receive analytical data in a convenient and visual form. Each dashboard indicator can be decrypted to a specific document in 1C. 1C announced this on September 16, 2024.
Yakov Aleksandrovich Andreev, director of the Medical Information and Analytical Center (MIAC) of the Novgorod Region, says that the healthcare industry faces a serious task - the implementation of the indicators of the federal project "Creating a Unified State Health Information System." Medicine is becoming truly digital. A large number of indicators, such as "the share of doctors who form structured electronic documents" or "the share of structural units of medical organizations that form diagnostic research protocols," are monitored literally on a daily basis. Without high-quality analytics, it is almost impossible to achieve planned values.
The region began to use the BI-system "1C: Analytics" relatively recently, since the beginning of the summer of 2024. This was made possible by the fact that the regional health information system was also developed on the 1C platform. Such a bundle allowed us to quickly get the necessary sample of data and "decompose" it into the necessary dashboards for the purpose of visualization.
1C: Analytics works not only with data from the information system, but also draws a large amount of information from Uniform State Health Information System systems, such as the Federal Register of Medical Organizations and the Federal Register of Medical Workers.
When working with information dashboards built on the basis of "1C: Analysts," first of all, they noted a laconic visual series that contributes to a high-quality perception of information.
The region's immediate plans include a detailed immersion in the process of forming dashboards and holding a series of training seminars with specialists in the field of statistics of medical organizations. Digital medicine requires high-quality, timely and detailed analytics of a large amount of data, the 1C: Analytics BI system can effectively solve this problem.
