First Bit has created a unified system for personnel management, personnel accounting and payroll for Umai Group, a participant in the FMCG market in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced by "First Bit" on September 16, 2024.
The pre-trial system of automation of personnel accounting processes could not cover all business processes of the company. Some of the information was generated in Excel format, the other was entered into various systems associated with exchanges and transactions.
The company's data was not coordinated and stored decentralized, which made it difficult to quickly access the necessary information. The used version of the 1C: Salary and Human Resources system was no longer supported by the vendor, and this increased the risk of technical problems.
Umai Group management, having carefully studied the market in finding potential partners to improve the used and implement new programs, decided to cooperate with the Sports project office of First Bit. Thanks to high recommendations and excellent experience in the field of automation of management processes, the IT integrator was recognized as an ideal partner capable of ensuring the successful implementation of the project taking into account the specifics of the Umay Group business and the region.
Specialists of "First Bit" independently adapted the current version of the decision "1C: Payroll and HR Management of KORP" to the legislative norms of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring legal security and reliability of personnel management processes.
One of the tasks completed within the project was the introduction of new processes for effective personnel management. These included hiring and staff planning, accounting for staff adaptation, training and development. Also, the experts of the "First Bit" for the first time automated the maintenance of the staffing table for "Mind Group" - earlier this process was carried out manually.
Thanks to the implementation of this system, personnel management and payroll processes were successfully automated. This significantly improves the efficiency of the company, reduces the time spent on administrative processes and reduces the likelihood of errors. Also, thanks to the specialists of the "First Bit," our employees are exempted from the need for manual maintenance of staffing. Automation of this process makes it possible to significantly simplify the management of working time, minimize the risks of errors and increase the level of comfort for personnel, "said Mikhail Leuchkin, director of the IT department of Umai Group. |
Experts of the "First Bit" among the difficulties of the project name a large number of employees, high turnover of personnel and a frequent change in planned charges from the customer company.
Umai Group provides more than 5.5 thousand jobs throughout Kyrgyzstan. When solving the problems of personnel accounting and payroll calculation in the conditions of a large number of employees and dynamic changes in the composition of personnel, we took into account the specifics of the company's work and focused on automating processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, "said Timofey Abramov, Head of Corporate Projects at First Bit. |
The development and implementation of a unified system for personnel management and payroll for the retailer Umai Group took one year. The IT integrator "First Bit" implemented all the tasks assigned to it and helped the client reduce labor costs in various departments and increase the speed of receiving various reports by management.
