CMD-Soft has completed the first stage of the project for the implementation of EDMS and CEDO in the Reference Concessions company. This was announced by CMD-Soft on September 16, 2024.

At the first stage of the project, internal electronic document management processes were automated using the standard functionality of business applications on the LDM platform.

During the execution of the work, an electronic document management system (application) was introduced LDM.Express , designed to automate the processes of documentation support and management in the company, including the creation, storage and use of electronic documents by employees. The system also provides support for the entire life cycle of documents, provides the ability to control their implementation and implementation of management instructions. At the same time, IT CMD-software implemented a system for the exchange of personnel electronic documents between the employer and employees "Reference Concessions" (Appendix), LDM.KEDO which is designed to automate document-oriented personnel processes, including the creation, signing, use and storage of personnel documentation in electronic form.

We are grateful to the project team of Reference Concessions for the trust and constructive position that made it possible to achieve the result within the framework of the implementation project. We assume that as users work on LDM.Express and LDM.Edo systems, there may be additional needs to expand the functionality of the systems.
