2024: Implementation of 19 software robots

19 software robots developed on the basis of the ROBIN platform from SL Soft were introduced in nine branches of the Irkutsk Oil Company (INC). Softline announced this on September 17, 2024. With ROBIN INK, automates routine processes, saves employee time, and eliminates human error. Another 16 robots are in development - INC plans to introduce them into subsidiaries. The Softline Group of companies development strategy takes into account the growing demand for business automation: the group strengthens the development of its own software and focuses on the supply of import-substituting solutions for the digital transformation of enterprises and holdings.

In the accounting department, robots fully automate the work with electronic document management: register, verify and conduct invoices in 1C: Accounting, form and send documents to 180 counterparties, provide information for the IFTS. For example, the company receives from 100 to 200 invoices every day - now robots quickly analyze and carry out acts, and in case of discrepancies, they send an alert to the accountant to correct.

ROBIN software robots also optimized the work of the supply department, in which the number of routine tasks increased annually - since 2021, the volume of shipments to the INC has increased by 84%. The company needed to reduce the length of the complex process of coordination with suppliers, which consisted of five stages. Now specialists only need to create an act and send it to the digital assistant along a given route. The robot itself will gradually agree on the document with employees. According to Anastasia Razumova, head of the transaction support department at INC, automation saved about 44 working days or 9 working weeks in six months, which made it possible to control the entire shipment process without increasing the company's staff.

First of all, we decided to robotize the business processes of accounting and supply. The number of our counterparties is constantly increasing, therefore, taking into account the increased number of tasks, we tried not to overload our specialists, but to facilitate their work using the digital assistant ROBIN. We plan to scale robots to other departments and branches of INC, - noted in the Irkutsk Oil Company.

Software robots based on the ROBIN platform are becoming a universal corporate tool for many Russian organizations. INC management understands that the digital assistant does not replace employees, but frees up their time for more intelligent tasks. We appreciate this approach and are confident in long-term cooperation, "said Pavel Borchenko, Managing Director of ROBIN at SL Soft.
