In regional mobile operator "NSS" the complete solution intended for process control of conducting marketing campaigns is implemented. The solution includes Teradata RDBMS 12 DBMS based on which the Analytical repository of data, the CRM system of Teradata Relationship Manager V6.1 and also the analysis system of outflow of clients of Forecsys Churn Solution which is system module of Forecsys Marketing Solution was created. The Forecsys company acted as the general contractor of the project. The implementation project was implemented in nine months with breakdown on three stages: analysis, implementation and testing. In a project deliverable outflow of clients is reduced, costs for campaigns for deduction of the leaving clients are reduced.
The first stage of implementation BI/CRM of the Forecsys & Teradata systems was expected process automation of customer interaction and also determination of their tendency to leaving. The next stage will be directed to increase in efficiency of customer interaction. Further expansion of the Teradata platform and development on its basis of the system of the corporate reporting is supposed.
Besides, expansion of the existing functionality of a system due to implementation of the following modules is planned. The module Cross/Up-sell will allow to define for each client his tendency to connection of specific service from the set set. The module Lifetime Value Modeling is intended for modeling and calculation of value of the client in the long term. The module Campaign Optimization will allow to select the best list of participants for each marketing campaign and to predict its profitability.
