"The metrological center "Rusnano"" implements EDMS "Euphrates"

In "The metrological center "Rusnano"" ("MTs "Rusnano"") system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation Euphrates of production of Cognitive Technologies company started. For implementation of the first stage of the project at Cognitive Technologies the license allowing to work at the same time in a system to ten employees was purchased. Implementation is performed by the customer's specialists.

"MTs "Rusnano"" is created in 2010 for metrological support of the organizations which are developing nanotechnologies or turning out products on their basis. The staff of the center is engaged in creation of new means and methods of measurement in the field of nanotechnologies, control measurements of product quality at examination of projects of Rusnano and also advanced training of the specialists working in nanotech industry, says Cognitive Technologies. For ensuring effective work with documents the management of "MTs "Rusnano"" made the decision to implement an electronic document management system. After assessment of several solutions presented at the Russian market for workflow automation the Euphrates software product was selected. The flexibility of a system allowing to implement it without involvement of specialists of developer company became one of the main factors which influenced the choice of the customer.

Now specialists of "MTs "Rusnano"" configure Euphrates according to specifics of document flow of the center: create new cards of documents, standard routes and reports. It is planned that after input of a system in commercial operation in "MTs "Rusnano"" the uniform archive of electronic documents will be created, accounting of the entering and outgoing documents is organized and also a part of internal document flow is automated. For control of performing discipline in a system reports and research opinions will be used.
