ВЭБ.РФ transferred corporate communications to VK Teams. By placing the solution on the company's servers, employees gained access to the tools of the VK WorkSpace platform: from chatting and calendar to the possibility of calling and video conferencing. VK (formerly Mail.ru Group) announced this on September 23, 2024.

All employees use the messenger ВЭБ.РФ. In the channels and chats of the VK Teams application, the corporation informs teams about events, develops thematic communities, provides technical support, and employees conduct projects and maintain operational communication with colleagues. Other tools in demand include the ability to conduct voice calls and task planning.

When choosing a solution for corporate communications, the ВЭБ.РФ assessed its compliance with information security requirements and the level of fault tolerance, as well as ease of use. VK Teams intuitive interface and clear navigation allowed the company to seamlessly switch to a domestic solution and quickly start working without stopping business processes.
