Automation of accounting in "The agency of legal consultations" based on 1C

For automation of the accounting activity company management "Agency of legal consultations", selected the 1C: Accounting software product, the standard solution 1C developed on a technology platform 1C:Enterprise 8. Works on implementation of an information system were carried out by 1C:VDGB company.

The program selected for implementation is the ready-made solution 1C for automation of the majority of sections of accounting. 1C: Accounting 8 software product represents to the Accounting component, allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components.

By means of implementation of the standard solution 1C: Accounting in Agency of Legal Consultations company the following sections of accounting are automated:

• trade operations;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• distribution of indirect expenses;
• calculations for the VAT;
• calculations for income tax.

The standard configuration is implemented without significant changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of "1C:VDGB", installation and elementary education to work with the program. The client "The agency of legal consultations" is on information and technology support now.
