L'etual is the largest retail network of perfumery and cosmetics. In Russia over 640 brand stores L'etual and 6 beauty shops providing a full range of services work. The company dynamically develops and therefore business needed fast and qualitative analytics.

The solution of a business intelligence was selected by the following criteria: ease of mastering and minimum costs. As a result a choice was made for benefit of the QlikView system.

System implementation passed less than in 1 month without attraction of a large number of consultants at the explosive interest of users. Creation of dynamic sales reports using a time line and Google Maps was made by own efforts. Now L'etual weekly develops new applications for a business intelligence and is going to develop this direction, for example in the field of use on mobile platforms.

In the company more than 20 report types on the basis of MS of OLAP, more than 20 report types on the basis of MS Reporting Services, by Data mining on the basis of PolyAnalyst 6.0 were used. Specialists of L'etual company integrated all data from ERP OLAPBI,CRM and other transaction systems in the Qlikview dashboards Now amount of data is more than 120 million lines, at the same time time of evolution of the report, it is less than 5 seconds.

According to Nikolay Yershov, with the advent of QlikView the satisfaction of business users strongly increased, need to sacrifice the accuracy of reports for the sake of efficiency of their preparation disappeared. Besides, users do not need to address constantly to IT service for preparation of reports any more. And costs for implementation and support of QlikView in comparison with other systems of a business intelligence appeared many times less.
