2024: Initiation of a criminal case on the supply of low-quality drones worth 164 million rubles

On September 27, 2024, the Investigative Committee of Russia announced the arrest of Vladislav Pylsky, project manager of the Siberian Navigation Company. A criminal case was initiated against him on suspicion of fraud in the supply of military products to the troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Siberian Navigation Company LLC is registered in Moscow. The organization is engaged in the production of aircraft, including space, relevant equipment, as well as the repair of some types of equipment.

A criminal case has been initiated against the head of the Siberian Navigation Company for the supply of low-quality drones worth 164 million rubles

The investigation established that Pylsky, acting together with accomplices, delivered products to the Russian troops in 2022 that did not meet the technical requirements and needs of the customer. As a result of these actions, the state suffered damage in the amount of 164 million rubles.

The criminal case is being investigated by the Main Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. Pylsky is accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - fraud on an especially large scale, committed by an organized group. Such acts are punishable by imprisonment for up to ten years.

Pylsky was detained, he was chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention. The funds of the Siberian Navigation Company in the amount of 164 million rubles were seized. Investigators are identifying other individuals who may be involved in the scam.

It is noted that Vladislav Pylsky is the general director of EVR LLC, which also specializes in the production of aircraft, including space vehicles. One of the founders of this organization is the Siberian Navigation Company, which owns a share of 49%. The founder and owner of the latter is Andrei Stupnikov.[1]
