Kola MMC optimizes management of a MRO

The Spectec company completed the project of pilot implementation of the TRIM EAM system of own development in Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company. According to the results of implementation the guide of the customer made the decision on the unrolled system implementation at the enterprises entering it. The project was executed at an industrial site Severonikel (refining workshop) and in managements curators of Kola MMC. On these objects a system was put into trial operation at the end of 2005, having provided automation of 50 jobs.

As a result of agreement signature on full-scale implementation of an EAM system at an industrial site Severonikel 84 jobs (metallurgical, motor transportation, railway workshops and also workshops of power supply, electrolysis of nickel and on combined heat and power plant) and 110 jobs on the platform Pechenganikel (management of the chief mechanical engineer, chief power engineer, transport management, the Northern and Kaula Kotselvaarra mines, enrichment factory, motor transportation and railway workshops, the center of information technologies) will be automated.
