2024: Teplopribor sold to Moscow Malakhit

In September 2024, it became known that the Moscow company Malakhit LLC, owned by Oleg Andreev, acquired 87.1% of the authorized capital of Chelyabinsk Teplopribor Plant JSC. The deal ended in July 2024, when Malachite increased its stake from 63% to 87.1%, as follows from the official data of the Chelyabinsk plant. Oleg Andreev, who is also a member of the board of directors of PJSC Uralavtopritsep, received control over the plant's shares at the indirect disposal.

According to Interfax, the Chelyabinsk Teplopribor plant specializes in the production of devices for automation and control of technological processes. The company was established in 2003 and is part of the instrument-making group of companies "Teplopribor," which also includes LLC "Teplopribor-sensor" and LLC "Settlement and financial center of the group of enterprises Teplopribor." The plant offers for rent its extensive production space and other real estate in Chelyabinsk for various commercial purposes.

Before the transaction, the owners of large stakes in Teplopribor were Sergey Terekhov, Oleg Mikhailov and Sergei Starodubtsev, whose shares were 23.9%, 22.4% and 20.1%, respectively. The remaining shares belonged to MPK TEKO JSC and subsidiaries of the Teplopribor group. The annual report of Teplopribor JSC for 2023 noted that the company did not have direct beneficial owners.

The main activity of the plant is the production of measuring instruments, as well as equipment for monitoring and regulating various production processes. The plant's products are in demand in various industries, including the energy and engineering sectors.

Oleg Andreev, who controls Malakhit LLC, is also a member of the board of directors of PJSC Uralavtopritsep, a large manufacturer of trailers and semi-trailers, including heavy models with a carrying capacity of up to 2 thousand tons. Uralavtopilets is actively developing production and does not disclose its shareholders.[1]
