In a warehouse of Multifleks company the logistic solution is implemented

ISolutions companies and Multiflex implemented the ERP systems project and implemented industry solution of iSolutions-Logistika in a warehouse of customer company.

Implementation

Within the project the industry solution of iSolutions-Logistika for expansion of opportunities of the existing Microsoft Dynamics AX system regarding management of a warehouse is implemented.

Automation of the following processes is implemented:

• Address storage pallet;
• Acceptance on a warehouse;
• Placement according to physical characteristics and storage areas;
• Issue of materials and raw materials in production according to requests from workshop;
• Shipment of materials and finished goods;
• Inventory without stopping warehouse with the procedure of weighing pallet;
• Chains of intra warehouse transportation.

Solution

Work of employees with the Microsoft Dynamics AX system is implemented through the data collection terminals (DCT), it allows to optimize logistic processes of a warehouse, to reduce time of execution of transactions and quantity of errors, to refuse paper carriers at accomplishment of intra warehouse transactions, to provide additional flexibility of shipments due to use of priorities of the tasks appointed to employees of a warehouse in real time.

Plans and expectations

Automation of productive activity of the Multiflex company will become further development of the project. It is supposed to automate processes: maintaining normative reference information, technology preparation of production, summary planning, production management.
