And if earlier such products as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management were used for this, then with their departure, there was a need to find domestic analogues. Among the various solutions that could fit these criteria, the choice fell on the products of the EvaTeam ecosystem, which can provide the most painless transition.

It was important for us to reduce risks and dependence on foreign services. But at the same time, maintain the usual tools for work that will be coordinated with domestic standards - said Ivan Alekseev, Director of IT projects at Gazprom ID.

Thanks to a full-fledged ecosystem with ready-made analogues of foreign products for managing projects, tasks, knowledge bases and ITSM services, it will be possible to make comprehensive import substitution.
