2024: Completion of construction
In September 2024, the construction of a new scientific and industrial technopark "Baikal" was completed in the Molzhaninovsky district in the north of Moscow. The object with a total area of 21 thousand square meters. meters was erected in 17 months with an investment of ₽1 billion.
According to the portal of the mayor of Moscow, the chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor Anton Slobodchikov noted that the new technopark is located near Mashkinsky and Novoskhodnensky highways. The building is functionally divided into four blocks, including laboratories, test benches, design bureaus and office space. The technopark will be able to provide jobs for about 600 people.
The facility's infrastructure includes two checkpoints, a surface parking lot and 28 transport entrances with transfer platforms and gate opening sealers. The building is equipped with modern engineering systems, including lighting networks, electrical, water, gas supply, sewerage, as well as air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems.
During the construction of Baikal, energy-efficient technologies were used: the walls were erected using sandwich panels, and the facades were made in dark gray with accent vertical red lines. The technopark was built on a 3.4 hectare land plot as part of the implementation of the 1st Leningradsky residential complex. The developer of the project was GK FSK.
Anton Slobodchikov stressed that the construction of industrial infrastructure facilities in Moscow is being carried out on behalf of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and is under special control. The new technopark passed a comprehensive inspection of Mosgosstroynadzor, including six field inspections at different stages of construction. Specialists of the Center for Expertise conducted a series of instrumental and laboratory studies of the quality of structures and materials.[1]
