Open Vision introduced Emmareha in the "Regional Center for Rehabilitation of Disabled People"

2024: Emmareha Implementation

The company Open Vision has completed the implementation of the EMMAREHA telehabilitation system in AU SON TO "Regional Center for Rehabilitation of Disabled People." This project has become part of the state program for the development of rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people, which is being implemented until 2025. Open Vision announced this on October 2, 2024.

Thanks to this cooperation, more than 100 families with children in Tyumen and remote areas gained access to rehabilitation services directly from home.

The EMMAREHA platform provides rehabilitation opportunities, making it personalized and accessible to those who cannot visit rehabilitation centers in person. The system includes:

• Individual rehabilitation plans for each patient.
• A convenient digital calendar for planning classes.
• Library of exercises and video tutorials.
• Built-in feedback and questionnaire tools.
• Possibility of teleconsultations with leading specialists.

Rehabilitation services have become more accessible to residents of remote areas of Tyumen, families with children who are unable to come to the regional center to receive these services in full-time format were able to receive them. As part of the EMMAREHA implementation project, IT infrastructure was prepared, including the installation of new servers and the configuration of virtual machines to ensure stable system operation. Then the system was adapted to the specific needs of medical personnel and brought into compliance with regulatory requirements. The final step was to conduct training sessions to use all the platform's capabilities to effectively interact with patients.

Key project results:

• Provision of prolonged support for qualified specialists rehabilitated by the team, consolidation of the acquired skills and their further development to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation.
• Receiving advisory, rehabilitation and information and methodological services after completing the main course of rehabilitation on the basis of the Center in a remote format.
• Increased motivation and improved psycho-emotional background in a person with disabilities and/or family members.
• Improvement of rehabilitation competence in the rehabilitated and/or his/her family members.
• Monitoring the dynamics of rehabilitation.
• Providing (technical) opportunity to involve specialists of any level and profile in the rehabilitation process.
• Automate the organization of rehabilitation programs by creating plan templates.

The implementation of the EMMAREHA system guarantees the availability, regularity and continuity of rehabilitation activities for all categories of citizens, including the most vulnerable. The project expands territorial coverage of rehabilitation services and creates conditions for more comfortable and effective rehabilitation, making it personalized and accessible.

As of October 2024, more than 100 families with children have already used rehabilitation and habilitation services through a remote platform.
