At the first stage, work with internal documents was automated, namely with internal notes, including the preparation and sending of documents for approval, the preparation of resolutions, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation. Docsvision's flexible platform customization tools enabled the implementation of printed document forms according to enterprise requirements and standards.

In addition to working with memos, the process of preparing the minutes of the meeting was automated. The system helps you to draw up the minutes of the meeting from the template or transfer legacy data from the previous one, send out orders to all participants, and then monitor the execution.

The first results, which are noted by the management of IRE-Polus, from the implementation of a system based on the Docsvision platform, are an acceleration of the deadlines for transferring information within the enterprise, an increase in executive discipline and transparency in working on instructions. In the continuation of the project, IRE-Polus plans to switch to personnel electronic document management. According to the IT team, the platform has all the necessary functionality: integration capabilities will allow building end-to-end processes and negating the risks of information loss, as well as supporting the required formats of electronic signatures and helping management in mass signing of documents.
