2024: Hotel construction

On October 7, 2024, it became known that the construction of the Radisson Hotel Perm was completed in Perm. It is part of the Esplanade multifunctional complex, which is being created by Prospekt Group of Companies from Yekaterinburg: the project has the status of a "priority investment."

Radisson Hotel Perm is the first international high-class hotel in Perm: the total investment in its construction and equipment is 8.5 billion rubles. At the same time, the costs of creating the entire multifunctional complex, which also includes the iMall Esplanade shopping center and congress hall, are estimated at 15 billion rubles.

The Radisson Hotel Perm has 156 rooms, including a suite and presidential room. A separate floor is reserved for a restaurant with a modern interior, an open kitchen and panoramic windows. The hotel includes two conference rooms - for 70 and 130 people, as well as a negotiating room with a coffee break room. There is a SPA complex with a fitness room, Jacuzzi and panoramic views of the city. The restaurant, lobby bar and SPA complex will be managed by the hotel operator.

The opening of this modern five-star hotel will be a significant contribution to the development of the tourist infrastructure of Perm. Radisson will become another object that will improve the tourist flow in our city, contributing to attracting travelers and increasing their comfort, says the head of Perm Eduard Sosnin.

The multifunctional complex "Esplanade" will offer visitors many services and opportunities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Guests, as noted, will be able to quickly reach various shops, cinemas and restaurants, which will be located next to the Radisson Hotel Perm.^[1]
