2024: High Density Category 5e Patch Panel Presentation

Elektroresheniya LLC, representing the EKF brand in Russia, has expanded the range of TERACOM telecommunication equipment with high-density 5e patch panels. With the solution, you can double the density of information connectors by RJ45 one unit. This allows you to more efficiently use the limited space of telecommunication cabinets and organize the switching of more lines and communication channels. A patch panel or patch panel is an element of cable systems designed to terminate line cables and switch lines and communication channels from active network equipment to ports of information outlets of office premises. The TERACOM high-density patch panel complies with ISO 11801 category 5e, which provides a guaranteed data transfer rate at a frequency of up to 100 MHz. The solution has 48 8P8C RJ45 connectors on the front, an unshielded steel plate case, an organizer for supporting large cable bundles on the back.

Mounting 8-position blocks are made on printed circuit board and housing. The height of the device is one unit (1U). The contacts of the connectors are RJ45 coated with gold to reduce contact resistance and increase service life. The patch panel is designed for a minimum of 750 on/off cycles.

The solution fully supports PoE technology.

For October 2024, the range includes TERACOM patch panels from category 5e to category 6a in accordance with ISO 11801 shielded and unshielded version. There are also typesetting patch panels designed to install Keystone Jack information modules.
