Fix Price launches pilot project to automate office recruitment

2024: The introduction of the Huntflow system began

Fix Price began a pilot project to implement Huntflow's Recruitment Automation System (ATS) to recruit office staff. The system will allow you to optimize the processes of both search and registration of employees in the company's offices. Fix Price announced this on October 11, 2024.

The tool is a comprehensive human resources management software that combines the functions of CRM and ATS. ATS automates the entire recruiting cycle, from posting jobs on platforms and social media to automatically tracking responses and communication with candidates. This is especially important in conditions when working with traditional "work" sites no longer brings the necessary results, and the number of typical positions is growing.

In addition, a hiring landing will be created based on Huntflow, which will allow candidates to remotely go through the clearance process, fill out documents and sign them with an electronic signature. Automation tools will also speed up the process of integrating new employees, minimizing paper work.

The personnel search module is already going through a pilot stage using the cloud version, and the online employment module will be launched in mid-2025 (a similar solution is already being used in Fix Price in the field of hiring linear store staff).

The implementation of Huntflow will allow us to significantly improve the efficiency of working with candidates and personnel documentation. We have seen an increase in the number of typical positions that require rapid closure, as well as a complication of the recruitment market, which makes traditional recruitment methods less effective.
