2024: Robotization of business processes

GK Softline implemented a project robotizations for gas stations "." As Tatneft part of it, software robots based on the platform were introduced. ROBIN TATNEFT filling stations will optimize the work of 14 departments, which will save 3,244 hours of labor and 3.5 million by the end of 2024. rubles Softline announced this on October 11, 2024.

The pilot project was completed in just a month, since the start of industrial operation in April 2024, 8 robots have been launched. Robotization has affected almost all of the company's activities - from sales and logistics to IT services and accounting. This allowed TATNEFT filling stations to redistribute the time of employees from routine work to solving more intelligent problems.

ROBIN software robots have automated interaction with the office software package and 1C - for example, a robot for the economics department generates a summary file in a tabular format based on KPI performance estimates. Robots for the wholesale department receive daily applications from the mail for the shipment of petroleum products, then form and send a general list with distribution to branches. At the next stage, applications for shipment of petroleum products are automatically signed in 1C.

Robots are also used when working with the fiscal data operator - they look for checks in the OFD and supplement the report on checks with errors in the amount, quantity and position name. ROBIN software robots also remotely connect to the cash register and form a cash receipt. In addition, virtual assistants can search for ATMs by the list of contracts in Kontur.Diadok and send them for approval.

When choosing a platform for TATNEFT filling station automation, it was important to have a No-Code mode that allows you to configure software robots without involving developers and IT specialists. To do this, 15 employees of the company took robotization courses on the ROBIN platform, and a month later they assembled the first robot for the HR department on their own. The robot monitors violations of labor discipline in the access control and control system on a daily basis and sends a report.

Automation using the ROBIN platform allowed us to conduct a pilot project in a short time and start operating robots. The plans are to cover all current robotization needs and look for new directions where robots can greatly simplify the work of employees. Another task is to expand the number of robotization specialists. Software robots should become a standard tool in work, such as mail or EDMS, - explained Maxim Komarov, Director of Tatneft-AZS Center LLC.

The joint project of Softline Group of companies Group and SL Soft for TATNEFT filling stations implemented the possibility of creating software robots on the ROBIN platform by ordinary employees. To do this, we trained specialists to work in No-Code mode. This allowed the company to quickly close the needs for automation of processes, their transformation, improving the quality of work and reducing routine operations, "added Dmitry Manshev, Leading Account Manager at Softline Group of Companies.

ROBIN platform is well suited for automation of complex tasks and end-to-end processes of TATNEFT filling stations. When developing the platform, we focused specifically on No-Code mode, which allows you to independently and quickly configure software robots. Such robotization makes it possible to optimize business processes by the existing team without involving developers, "said Pavel Borchenko, Managing Director of ROBIN at SL Soft.
