2024: Pilot implementation of "1S:TOIR KORP" in plywood riveting shop

The plywood riveting shop of Cherepovets FMC became a pilot facility for setting up the KORP 1S:TOIR as part of pilot production, which began at the end of July 2024. This unit became a "pilot" not by chance. First, compared to other shops, setting up the system facilitates less equipment. In addition, the workshop is not as busy with planned measures, for example, to prepare for overhaul, as in the case of the chip board workshop. In total, the company manages three workshops. The contractor Desnol Soft announced this on October 14, 2024.

The composition of the repair service of the pilot shop includes the head of the MR department and the reliability and planning engineer. Also, the technical condition of the equipment is monitored by about 20 people from the technological personnel. From the KORP 1S:TOIR program developed by Desnol, the Russian center for practical expertise in digital transformation of MR, all shop employees are waiting for a useful return.

Thanks to the program, technological processes will become more transparent, and the knowledge base that we are actively forming with the entire composition of the pilot launch participants will help store the necessary and important information in one place, and not keep it in the heads of different employees of the plant, "said Alexey Shishov. - Now this information is transferred to the program, where it can be used by colleagues in the workshop and enterprise. It will help to correctly plan maintenance and repairs, analyze the consumption of spare parts compared to previous periods and predict the failure of equipment as accurately as possible. I think we will soon see the first positive results.

The pilot operation program involves not only setting up the system, but also its integration with 1C:ERP Enterprise Management, training enterprise employees to work in the system in real production conditions, as well as launching all the necessary business processes of the company for accounting for operating indicators, material and technical support of repairs, management of work orders and works, accounting for standards, repair planning and maintenance. The pilot project is supervised by the management of the enterprise, reliability engineer Anton Solovyov, who coordinates the employees of the plant with external consultants to the developer and integrator Desnol.

Desnol's specialists introduce us to the existing and new functionality of IT solutions that appear at the stage of pilot operation, are interested in feedback and quickly resolve the issues of colleagues in the workshop, direct 1S:TOIR users. The most common questions about the use of the system help to shoot Anton Solovyov, our curator, - said Alexey Shishov.
