2024: Equipped with multimedia equipment of the conference room
Open Vision implemented a comprehensive project to equip the conference room of the flagship center of the O.M. Filatov City Clinical Hospital No. 15 with multimedia equipment. The hall will allow medical conferences, training seminars, remote consultations and other high-level events. Open Vision announced this on October 17, 2024.
The customer felt the need for a modern and high-tech conference room for professional events and training. To solve this problem, the hospital turned to Open Vision.
Within the framework of the project, Open Vision specialists completed the following tasks:
- Integration of modern multimedia technologies.
- A reliable and high-performance switching system based on matrix switchboard 4K from Wyrestorm has been created, providing high-quality processing and transmission of audio and video signals.
- Installation of a professional video wall.
- Integrated a high-quality Absen LED video wall with 1.86 mm pixel spacing and an additional duplicate display Philips for maximum content visualization.
- Building a conference room audio system.
- Clockaudio smart ceiling microphone arrays with automatic voice tracking, Televic wireless desktop consoles, as well as a sound amplification system with two-band LD Systems speakers and a stationary induction loop for the hearing impaired have been introduced.
- Equipment of the operator's place.
- Three Avonic PTZ cameras are installed, controlled via an RGBLink video mixer, and an Epiphan recording and broadcasting device that provides video recording and video conferencing capabilities.
- Modernization of the speaker's rostrum.
- Integrated Shure microphone and ITC retractable monitors for speaker convenience.
- Equipment of the table for negotiations.
- The interactive Kramer system has been implemented, allowing several users to simultaneously work with content and data, supporting both wired and wireless connections.
The central equipment is located in the server room and integrated with the control system. All multimedia equipment is controlled remotely through the Qbic touch tablet PC, which simplifies the process of organizing events.
Each piece of equipment was carefully designed and placed to meet the needs of users and the ergonomics of the room. The integration of equipment into furniture, including the installation of ITC retractable monitors, was carried out taking into account the need to create a functional and harmonious workspace, - said Alexander Ponomarev, leading multimedia equipment engineer at Open Vision. |
After the commissioning was completed, Open Vision specialists trained hospital staff on the use of equipment, ensuring that employees were ready to work effectively with the implemented technologies.
