2024: Appointment as CEO of Ingrad

On October 18, 2024, Nikolai Malunov was appointed the new general director of the Ingrad group of companies. He replaced Pavel Shevchuk.

The company said that members of the board of directors at the last meeting decided to prematurely terminate the powers of the current general director Pavel Shevchuk from October 17, 2024 by agreement of the parties. The reasons were not disclosed.

The change of the general director of Ingrad became known on the same day when it was announced that the sale of the developer to Sminex was closed. The press service of Ingrad says that the company will continue to operate under two brands and will retain the maximum number of employees. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Vyacheslav Sheloputov, general director of the Rossium concern, noted that Rossium has been developing Ingrad for more than 10 years and is now selling the company "at the peak of investment value."

Sminex included 19 Ingrad development projects at the construction and design stage in Moscow and the Moscow region, the press release said. Their total area, including residential, commercial premises and social infrastructure, is 7.1 million square meters. m.
