VTB has developed an internal platform for its employees that allows them to work out real business tasks in game mechanics. This model helps to combat the "burnout" of personnel and improve the quality of customer service. The bank announced this on October 17, 2024.
The VTB Universe platform is based on monitoring the behavioral characteristics of employees involved in key business tasks. Using visual elements and game mechanics, the system displays the results of the work of participants, generates ratings, allows you to plan collaboration strategies, etc. Such activities allow you to focus on the most pressing and priority tasks. As of October 2024, more than 15 thousand employees of the bank's retail business are already actively using the program.
VTB Universe is the bank's own development, which is part of the Virtual Assistants ecosystem for employees. With dozens of digital services, it helps to identify the potential of employees and their growth zones. The platform not only helps in making complex decisions, but also automates routine tasks, increasing the efficiency of the bank as a whole.
