SANEKO Ltd is included into holding Alyans Oil Company, being the recognized market leader of oil products of the Far East of Russia - one of the most dynamically developing regions which is closely connected with the capacious markets of China and the countries of the Pacific Rim. As a result of merge of West Siberian Resources and Alyans Oil Company, since 2009 the company hereinafter is referred to as Alliance Oil Company and works in several regions of Russia and Kazakhstan.
For three years the company uses the electronic document management system developed under the order by specialists of Haulmont Samara company for automation of process of approval of agreements. Having estimated high efficiency of a system, the management of SANEKO Ltd thought of automation of other important business processes of the organization. For this reason in 2010 the decision on system implementation of task management, the organization providing optimization of management processes and increase in control of performing discipline was made.

Initiators had to remember the distributed instructions and to monitor their accomplishment. It occupied a significant amount of time of employees and led to essential labor costs. As the system automating process of control of execution of instructions, the management of SANEKO Ltd selected the THESIS system output in the spring of 2010 by Haulmont Samara company to the market of the region.
Served as the main criteria when choosing a system:
- wide functionality of a system and logicality of implementation of business processes;
- customizability and easy solution integration from the existing EDMS,
- low cost of the solution.
At the end of June, 2010 Basic system module of management of documents and tasks "THESIS" was unrolled in SANEKO Ltd. Within a month works on integration of a system with the existing EDMS were carried out. At the end of July, 2010 the THESIS system was put into commercial operation.
