2024: Wireless Access Organization

TransTeleCom has organized public wireless Internet access for visitors to the business hall at the Kazan station. This was announced by TransTeleCom on October 25, 2024.

Wi-Fi at the Kazan station is a fairly popular service. So, in the first three quarters of 2024, passengers and visitors to the station connected to the wireless network more than 34 thousand times and downloaded 14 terabytes of traffic.

Quality digital services provided by TransTeleCom create a new level of comfort for passengers, - commented Konstantin Boltrukevich, Deputy General Director of TransTeleCom Company JSC for system integration and digital platforms.

The project to equip railway stations and stations with wireless Internet access has been implemented by Russian Railways and TransTeleCom Company since 2015. To access the Internet, you need to go through a simple authorization procedure, and in the future, in any of the locations where the service is provided, re-authorization is not required.
