ROST Group performs the activity in the market of the engineering systems. In the Samara region the group is provided by a number of the enterprises: "СамараМеталлоПласт", "Samarametalloplast-Montazh", Kotelny Samarametallo-Plast center and TD "ROST".

The need for process automation of management and control of performing discipline presented specialists of ROST Group with a choice of the suitable product fully meeting such key requirements as convenience of work and interaction of users in a system, functionality and availability of the solution.

Having studied and having tested different electronic document management systems, including, leading in the Russian market, ROST Group stopped the choice on the new document management system and tasks "THESIS" developed by Haulmont Samara company.

In the middle of April, 2010 in ROST group the solution on process automation of management and increase in control of performing discipline based on the THESIS system was deployed. The grade level of users and the administrator came to the end on April 23 with input of a system in trial operation.

In the future ROST Group plans use of the THESIS system for the solution of other relevant business challenges. Integration of the implemented product into the existing ERP system of the organization is for this purpose supposed.
