Taking into account requirements of Alyans Oil Company ("CAHEKO" Samara, "Pechora Oil" Usinsk, "VTK" Tomsk) developed CubaDocs electronic document management system created based on the CUBA platform. In a system more than two hundred employees of the company work. The total amount of the signed agreements passing through EDMS exceeds 5000 in a year. A system extends constantly and updated by specialists "Haulmont Samara" depending on requirements of the customer.

As a result of system implementation, the company received several advantages, namely:

  • acceleration of process of approval of documents (the document is submitted for approval at the same time to all approving employees);
  • saving of time of employees (the necessary document can be approved, without going beyond the office);
  • transparency and controllability of process of approval;
  • reliability of document storage (the procedure of archiving protects documents from loss);
  • convenience of analytics of financial activities of the organization;
  • quick access of employees to necessary information (each employee having access to a system - can find any agreement by a set of criteria);
  • the accessibility to information and also participation in process of approval of documents of any place in the world;
  • saving of time of accountant officers due to automatic unloading of these agreements in a 1C system;
  • creation of consolidated statements based on activity of divisions of the company.

The customer notes that thanks to an electronic document management system, SANEKO Ltd was succeeded to reduce by 90% time expenditure of employees on approval of agreements. Respectively, the costs connected with compensation of personnel which were loaded by non-core tasks before significantly decreased. Time of document handling was reduced by 60-80%.
