2024: Equipping office space

I-Teco on October 29, 2024 announced the completion of the repair and equipping of office space on the territory of the Lamoda distribution center.

The project, implemented in the logistics "Technopark Sofino" in the Moscow region, included a full range of construction, installation and commissioning works. The area of ​ ​ the office space of the distribution center is 5,050 square meters. m and is designed for 150 office jobs and administrative infrastructure for 800 employees per shift. In addition to working spaces for the comfort of employees, the facility was equipped with a variety of functional zones: spacious open spaces, meeting rooms, dressing rooms with bathrooms and showers, a dining room with a kitchen, as well as technically equipped server and cross-country rooms to ensure uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure.

Within one year, I-Teco specialists managed to adjust the designs of all engineering systems, finish work on three floors of the administrative building, as well as install and start-up all key systems: water supply, electric lighting and electrical equipment, automatic fire extinguishing and fire alarm, warning and evacuation control system, structured cable system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, access control and control system, as well as video surveillance system.

In addition to the complex fit-out office space, which includes repairs and complete equipment, I-Teco has completed projects to equip the warehouses of the Lamoda distribution center. The company has equipped operating areas of more than 28,500 square meters. m and a six-story storage mezzanine with a base area of ​ ​ 20,000 square meters. m with technological security and communications systems. As part of the project, automatic fire alarms, an integrated video surveillance system, a modern warning and evacuation management system were installed, and a structured cable system was deployed. This set of solutions not only ensures the efficient operation of the warehouse complex, but also guarantees a high level of employee safety and the safety of goods, which is extremely important for the uninterrupted operation of a large logistics center.
