2024: Travel and Advance Reporting Management Platform Implementation Plan

Fix Price will implement a platform for managing processes related to travel and advance reporting. This system will offer two key improvements: firstly, employees will be able to book all the necessary elements of the trip - hotels, air travel, taxis - on one platform, and secondly ― all services will be paid from the corporate "wallet," which eliminates the need to advance and store checks. The company announced this on October 29, 2024.

The solution will be integrated with the internal services of the company, which will allow you to automatically upload all reporting documents for the back office. This will free employees from the need to independently draw up reports. All documents will be sent for approval using an electronic signature.

The main participants in the pilot project will be security officers and auditors, who most often go on business trips. A full-scale launch of the process is scheduled for July 2025.

This system will greatly simplify the process of processing business trips for our employees. It eliminates the need for advance payments, simplifies the filing of reporting documents and provides transparent monitoring of expenses in real time.
