During a pilot project functional requirements to a system of the centralized treasury are defined and formalized, the corresponding program changes are made to the standard product "1C: Consolidation 8 PROF", trial operation and maintenance of the automated system unrolled in 20 workplaces is carried out. Replication of a system at other enterprises of Group is planned.

Centralized operation by cash flows in PRODO holding promotes increase in efficiency of activity of the company with branched and geographically distributed structure. The control automation by finance executed jointly by specialists of Group of PRODO and AXELOT based on the solution "1C: Consolidation 8 PROF" completed creation of a system of the centralized treasury of the company.

"It is important that accumulation of financial information in a single system based on "1C: Consolidation 8 PROF" provides centralized operation with cash flows of the companies of Group and in general optimizes the movement of financial resources", – the Head of department of information systems of PRODO Management LLC Akinina Tatyana Aleksandrovna notes.

Within the project of automation functional requirements to a system of the centralized treasury are created and formalized, the corresponding program changes are made to the standard product "1C: Consolidation 8 PROF", trial operation and maintenance of the automated system unrolled in 20 workplaces of the "pilot" enterprise of Group is carried out. Training allowing key personnel to master quickly the interface of a new system is provided.

Individually specialists of AXELOT developed mechanisms of package approval by responsibles of different levels of requests for expenditure of means and package formation of payment orders on all bank accounts with a possibility of payment of one request for the PRODO Group in parts from several accounts.
