1C: Accounting increases efficiency of accounting in Muztreyd company

Specialists of "1C:VDGB" carry successfully out automation of accounting and tax accounting to Ltd company * Muztreyd based on the software product 1C: Accounting 8, the standard solution of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise.

The Muztreyd trade enterprise is large Moscow shop of musical instruments. Offers the wide range of different musical instruments and accessories to them and also the light organ equipment with delivery across Moscow. The shop is at the All-Russia Exhibition Centre, on its base the online store functions.

The management of Muztreyd LLC made the decision on need of implementation of an information system of high performance and scalability which will allow to cut down expenses on conducting the regulated accounting activity of modern manufacturing enterprise. For implementation 1C: Accounting 8 software product, standard solution 1C the providing automated accomplishment of all tasks facing accounting service of the enterprise was selected, including, for example, the statement of primary documents, sales accounting, etc.

Works on implementation were carried out by 1C:VDGB company having long-term experience of automation based on 1C and providing a full range of services of 1C including the certified user training to work with programs and remote support of 1C.

The Enterprise accounting configuration can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise. With the help of implementation of the 1C: Accounting program in Muztreyd company the following directions of accounting are automated:

• trade operations;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• distribution of indirect expenses;
• calculations for the VAT;
• calculations for income tax.

In a work progress by specialists of 1C:VDGB company software installation 1C: Accounting is made, setup of parameters of an information system, for the staff of the Muztreyd enterprise — elementary education of 1C is carried out.

Accounting activity is conducted in unified information environment now that allowed company management to see a detailed picture of a financial status and to quickly make management decisions on the basis of objective inventory data. 2 jobs are automated, regular system maintenance of 1C on a subscription to Information and Technology Support of 1C — 1C:ITS is performed now.
