1C:Enterprise 8. The panel of the centralized observation

1C Company together with Atlant company informs users and partners on release of new specialized solutions based on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 for automation of the following categories of the enterprises:

• monitoring enterprises (service in observation of a status of objects);
• security companies (service in observation and protection of objects);
• the organizations operating big stationary objects with the centralized security posts of observation.

When developing software products experience of implementation at such enterprises as is considered: TKS Protection security company, Monitor LLC, Telecom-Service Group, TKS-Market LLC, Ratibor Okhrana LLC and many others.

"1C:Enterprise 8. The panel of the centralized observation" is intended for automation of problems of observation and management of mobile and stationary objects of monitoring (industrial facilities, offices, warehouses, garages, apartments, at home, cars, etc.) by means of the specialized equipment on different data transmission channels.

Functionality of the solution allows:

• execute observation of the objects equipped with technical means security, mobile, ecological, fire and other types of monitoring;
• receive and register messages from objects on different telecommunication channels.
• use the solution for acceptance and signal transmission from the equipment of different producers.

Solution "1C:Enterprise 8. The panel of the centralized observation" underwent certification of 1C: Compatible, Information letter No. 12595 of 10/28/2010.

The Panel of the Centralized Observation configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user.

The module "Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation" is intended for the organization of a system of billing (accounting of the provided services of protection and monitoring, their tariffing and drawing of accounts for payment), data exchange and synchronization of information between the software of Panels of the Centralized Observation (PTsN software) and configurations Enterprise accounting or Trade management.

Functionality of the solution allows:

• execute calculation of services of protection and monitoring to clients whose objects are serviced on the Panel of the Centralized Observation of security company;
• organize automatic formation and mailing of finance documents for clients (accounts, acts of the performed works, invoices);
• execute data exchange and synchronization of information between the software of panels of the centralized observation and the Enterprise Accounting of Edition 1.6, Enterprise Accounting of Edition 2.0 and Trade Management of Edition 10.3 configurations.

The solution "Module "Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation"" underwent certification of 1C: Compatible, Information letter No. 12178 of 7/28/2010.

The module "Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation" is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user.

Features of use of software products

Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The panel of the centralized observation" is intended for sharing with the equipment and the software of the following producers: RSPI "DELTA" (Voronezh, Megalyuks); Boundary-2a (Saratov); Contact of GSM (RITM, St. Petersburg); ContactID Protocol; GSM modems with support of AT commands.

Within development of functionality of a configuration connection of the equipment and the software of other producers is planned what it will be announced in addition on the page of a product.

The module "Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation" can separately work from the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The panel of the centralized observation" also works directly with software of PTsN of the following producers: RSPI "DELTA" (Voronezh, Megalyuks); SPI Atlas-20 (ArgusSpectrum Ltd, St.-Petersburg); EYE ("EYE", Yekaterinburg).

Within development of functionality of a configuration connection of the equipment and the software of other producers is planned what it will be announced in addition on the page of a product.

The 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and configurations Enterprise accounting of edition 1.6, Enterprise accounting of edition 2.0 and "Trade management" of edition 10.3 are not included into the delivery of the Module "Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation".

For the Module "Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation" expansion of quantity of jobs since functionality of a product does not assume its use more than in one workplace (loading of information, formation of documents, unloading of information) is not provided.

Description of functionality of The Panel of the Centralized Observation software product

Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The panel of the centralized observation" provides following features:

• The organization of monitoring of a large number of the independent, isolated subjects to different economic appointment. The area of coverage of the panel of the centralized observation - from a single object before monitoring of objects of the area, the city, the area, the region is also limited only to a possibility of the equipment and channels of delivery of information;
• The organization of local posts of protection of objects with difficult infrastructure;
• Connection of technical monitoring systems (signallings) of different producers;
• Use of all views of canals of delivery of messages - direct connection via 232/486 interface, connection through a local network, reception-transmission of data via the Internet, all cellular protocols, all types of modem connections (switched and not switched connections), data transmission through a radio communication.

• Registration of signals from stationary and mobile objects in the single database and information display about results of monitoring in one window;
• Register signals from objects of monitoring in the single database and display information on different objects in one window;
• Storage of analytical information on objects of monitoring and to results of action of the personnel working in a system;
• Access control of users to the database on objects;
• The notification about emergency situations of officials and owners of the objects responsible for objects of monitoring (the SMS and so forth).

Data protection

1C Company receives certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 7/20/2010 issued by FSTEC of Russia which confirms that the protected software package (PSP) "1C: Enterprise, version 8.2z" is recognized as the software tool of general purpose with the built-in information security tools from unauthorized access (NSD) to information which is not containing the data which are the state secret. Based on certification compliance to requirements of regulating documents for protection against class NSD-5, on the level of absence control of not declared opportunities (NDV) on the 4th level of control is confirmed, the possibility of use for creation of the automated systems (AS) to a class of security 1G is confirmed (i.e. AS providing confidential information protection in a LAN) inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems (ISPDN) to class K1 inclusive.

The certified copies of the platform are marked by marks of conformity from No. G 420000 to No. G 429999.

All configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (for example, "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8, "1C: The panel of the centralized observation 8", etc.), can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class and additional certification of application solutions is not required.

Description of functionality of the Module Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation software product

The Module "Billing for Panels of the Centralized Observation" software product provides following features:

• formation of documents for customer service within current agreements;
• the user is given an opportunity most to develop tariff plans and rules on the basis of which tariffing is executed (the time spent of an object in a certain status, time of protection of a specific object, quotations on a specific event);
• lack of double entry of the reference information: data are entered only in one program, they are included in the second program by unloading;
• unloading of data in PTsN on a status of agreements of protection;
• Control of observance of the approved rates for services of protection and maintenance;
• The SMS notification of clients with the help components delivered with a set of processings.

Removal from sales

On April 4, 2012 1C Company informed users and partners on removal from sales of software products "1C:Enterprise 8. The panel of the centralized observation" due to the lack of demand.
