2024: Completion of construction
The construction of the Feodosia industrial park with an area of 122.3 hectares was completed in the Republic of Crimea. The facility worth ₽1,2 billion is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2024, which became known on November 5, 2024.
According to TASS, the Minister of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea Anushavan Agajanyan announced the provision of residents of preferential terms for the lease of land - ₽1 per hectare. This measure is aimed at attracting investors and developing industrial production in the region.
The industrial park was built within the framework of the state program "Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol." The building area was 5,634 square meters. m. Nine investors have already confirmed their participation as the first residents to produce gypsum board, aerated concrete, dry mixtures, electronic components, plastic and polymer pipes.
The Ministry of Industrial Policy of Crimea has developed a program "Industrial Menu" to attract investments in promising areas of industry. The program includes more than 200 investment sites, of which 70 are intended for industrial use.
As part of the development of the industrial sector in the region, it is planned to organize the production of iodine, which may receive the status of a federal project. This area is especially important, since iodine is currently imported into Russia from other countries, while the experience of its production has been preserved in Crimea since the times of the USSR.
Also, the republic intends to establish the production of glass containers and other products in demand on the local market. The implementation of these projects is aimed at import substitution of both external supplies and products from other regions of Russia, which will create additional jobs for the inhabitants of the peninsula.[1]
