"SITES-Konditsioner" implements EDMS "Euphrates"

In the Russian engineering company "SITES-Konditsioner" which is engaged in design, installation, adjustment and service maintenance of the systems of air heating, air conditioning, smoke removal and ventilation system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation Euphrates of production of Cognitive Technologies company began. For implementation of the project at the developer of the software product was the license for simultaneous operation of 15 users is purchased. System implementation is executed by specialists of customer company, says Cognitive Technologies.

For the purpose of systematization of work with documents the management "SITES the Conditioner" made the decision to implement an electronic document management system. After studying of the Russian IT market by specialists of the company the Euphrates software product was selected. The developed functionality and simplicity of mastering of this system and also a possibility of its implementation and the subsequent modification without involvement of the company of the developer became the main factors which defined this solution, noted in Cognitive Technologies.

The Euphrates system passes a step of test operation within which final adjustment is carried out it. It is planned that after start of a system in commercial operation with its help the uniform archive of electronic documents will be created and internal document flow "SITES the Conditioner", including processing of agreements, accounts, acts, requests for payment and other documents is automated.

It is expected that system implementation Euphrates will allow to create uniform regulations of document handling, will lower runtime routine transactions with them (search, movement, registration) and will increase transparency of the document flow "SITES-Konditsioner". As a result the processing speed of documents and decision making will increase by 2 — 3 times.
