"I know the companies where there are special employees who do reports. We have no such duty at anybody. Any manager can start DiAna: Digital Analytics Pro and there to see everything that it is necessary for it. To me people come and ask: "What I should write reports?". I say: "It is not necessary to write anything, all is visible". The idea came, pressed the button, spent 1-2 minutes and see everything on the screen.
A system perfectly works on remote links. At office I spend 1-2 days a week, the rest of the time – in the machine. Through Yota everything perfectly "flies".
I do not use the accounting system in general. This system is used by subordinates for creation of orders, still something specific to study something in more detail. For managerial understanding of the DiAna system: Digital Analytics Pro more than is enough. First, all at once is visible in diagrams, indicators: I can start cuts on weeks, on days, on months. Comparison with last year, with current; cuts on shops: anything. The most used cubes: remaining balance, sales and AVS (carrying out ABC analysis, identification of the categories A and B bringing the greatest income). No matter: these are dog food, cats, or on suppliers it is possible to carry out the analysis. Tens of times a day arise requirements which are solved using DiAna: Digital Analytics Pro. Normal management of retail: work with suppliers, expansion narrowing of the range, transfer of goods between shops. Real control of a situation with a margin and remaining balance.
It is very effective to carry out share analysis of suppliers when they change the prices or give additional advertizing. Started the analysis on the supplier or category: looked at the diagram of sales, right there – the diagram Remaining balance. Received efficiency of an action. Or there was a situation when sales grew very well, and the margin fell. Compared the diagram of a margin to the diagram of quantity. It is visible that began to sell more, and to earn – less. Quickly corrected a situation".
