ECM-eDocLib implementation: Document flow in the Baikal management of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision

Since new year in the Baikal management of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision the electronic document management system organized on the basis of the solution eDocLib is put into operation: Dokumentoborot, developed by Electronic Office Systems company.

The Baikal management of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision is territorial authority of Rostekhnadzor. Now as a part of Management 23 departments with the general number of staff more than two hundred employees. Exercises control control and supervising activity on 13,000 persons under surveillance of the enterprises in the field of industrial and environmental safety, security of electric units and networks, hydraulic engineering constructions, safety of construction.

Using system implementation of electronic document management, the management of the Baikal management assumed to increase efficiency due to automation of standard problems of document flow - registration of the entering and outgoing documents, works with citizens' appeals, approval of draft documents, etc. Based on the held competition the choice was stopped on the eDocLib ECM system: Document flow.

In further plans for automation of work of Management - system implementation in territorial subdivisions and the translation of paper documents in an electronic form using the option "Line Scanning". All works on implementation are carried out by specialists of Referent company, the official partner of EOS Group in the Irkutsk region.
