In the company there was a need to organize the system of informing, uniform for all geographically distributed employees, collection of information, training and control. For the solution of this task the management of Pharmacy chain 36.6 made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of distance learning of WebTutor of WebSoft company.

Use of this system allowed network 36.6 not only to organize process of distance learning of employees, but also to achieve:

  • performance managements of operational divisions of the company;
  • granting and receiving a relevant feedback on key projects;
  • maintenances and transfers to regions of internal trainings;
  • simple and fast modifying and combination of electronic training materials and tests

the operational report of information to the staff of drugstores on new products and estimates of assimilation of knowledge;

  • operational informing personnel on all changes in the HR policy of the company

Based on the WebTutor system in the company appeared:

  • Bank of Knowledge (storage of training materials, information on products, etc.)
  • Cycle of the online training actions;
  • System training and assessment in basic management skills;
  • The motivational questionnaire (for determination of a psychological portrait of employees).
